We bought bratwurst from Beech Hill Farm while staying in MDI. We love brats and eat them regularly at home. While visiting we wanted to support local. We grilled the brats and maybe that was our mistake? However, we’ve done it plenty of time before with other local farms back home. Unfortunately they were incredibly dry and tasted like a sausage rather than a brat. We were disappointed as they were $23 for the 4 pack. When I got there, it did not seem welcoming to the public. I did not even see the store until I turned around and passed it again.
