AWESOME. Okay I'm from Florida, just moved here, and was looking for a fun free activity. This is where it's at. First time and it's snowy (well, icy) but still a great time sledding and attempting to practice snowboarding. Excellent hills. It looks like there are some good trails to walk, and other trails to snowmobile and cross country ski. There is a Pick Up After Your Pooch station, so this park is dog friendly as far as we could tell! (Following any appropriate leash laws). The fire pit looks amazing, with wood next to it, I would imagine it would be courtesy to bring some/take some but I'm not sure how that works. Super fun place, the playground looked AMAZING. We walked the grass trails but wished we had brought our mountain bikes to try out the well designed mountain bike trails. This park is also a spot along the Central Lakes Trail. The playground was huge with some fun challenges for my 10 year old. The beach was fine and the water was clear but there were a lot of weeds in the swimming area.
