Literally right next-door to the beautiful White Pine Trail, and there's always plenty of available parking for 32 cars (plus 1 handicapped parking space) but I rarely see more than a dozen vehicles parked here, unless it's on weekends or holidays. They just paved this whole site with awesome new blacktop here in June 2023 (used to be just dirt/gravel parking lot) and there is still a walking path through the woods that leads right to the Rogue River. I believe they still do allow fishing here along the riverbank, and the land is now owned/maintained by the county parks dept.
