I use this dump several times a week, there are two ladies who work the window who are extremely rude, short with words, and ignores my questions,, today she got mad because I only had a 100 dollar bill, I asked if she would rather me use a card and ignored me, I asked several more times still ignored me,, rolled her eyes at me,, and didn’t respond to me at all,, she then deliberately slammed the window? I have used this place often, to be treated like this is a shame,, it’s not the first time either,, they always seem upset, angry and are rude,,, they are quick to check for my sticker or dump pass too, which I have over a dozen of. They can’t see it nor can they remember me and always give me a new sticker. The treatment here is so rude I’ve decided to start avoiding the place at all expense, I would rather pay more or travel further just to avoid there attitudes,, 2 of ladies are really bad,and the other 3 or 4 I see are only rude occasionally, but they obviously don’t like there job and take it out on there clients, bad business, stay alway if you can,,, go to Bow lake, they are open 24 hours, and the people are friendly! And enjoy your buisness! Can’t believe the attitude I receive here, it's...
Read moreAs a society, we like to project the images of our biggest and brightest stars. We see their faces plastered on the headlines of every major form of media, be it TV, magazines, or the broad spectrum that is social media. When I mistakenly threw my wallet out with the trash, he dug through it not only once- but twice, to see it returned to me. I even offered compensation for his efforts, but be it out of policy or principle, he refused out of hand. I believe that Cory represents the highest ideals of the common working man, and I cannot adequately express my gratitude for his service...
Read moreShowed up during business hours just to be turned away. No explanation, no “ I’m sorry.” No, nothing, just “ we’re close to the public today.” We have been for the last three months, even though I was there a week ago and there was no issue. Not sure what’s going on. The ladies did not seem to want to help or answer any of my questions about why it was closed or anything. All she wanted to do was just hand me a piece of paper and tell me to go to a different place. I go here about 2 to 3 times a month. It’s the closest one to my house if it is indeed close to the public. Perhaps there should be some information on the website, especially since it’s been closed for the past three months, as she mentioned, although it...
