Hummingbird Park. The park itself was very well kept, not busy, and very easy to access. As long as your vehicle isn't oversized, your allowed to park on the street and the path to the park is paved and wheelchair friendly. There is a down hill slope going into the park, but it isn't too bad, or long. Bad news: There is absolutely NO SHADE. My two year old wasn't able to enjoy himself on the playground due to the equipment being too hot for him to grab and hold onto the handles or use his hands as balance. He couldn't use the slides, as they burned his legs as he tried to slide down. He was able to swing, but due to the heat and no shade to rest under, we didn't stay long.
