My mother is who told me about this place and I was so excited to learn it was literally 5 minutes up the road from my house in Alma. We went and boy did we pick some blackberries! 💙 The location is right off of hwy 71 and it is such a cute little set up. We went during the week to beat some of the traffic/crowd. Upon arrival we were quickly greeted by the owner and he walked us through all of our options - we could self pick or buy already picked berries. We wanted the full experience so we opted to self pick. I appreciate that to ensure the quality of their crop they require patrons to wash their hands prior to picking. He walked us through the different varieties they had on site and when their prime pick dates were. During the time of our visit we had two to select from - so we got a little of both. He walked us through which rows were which. Look at the cute way they mark their rows too - old Arkansas license plate numbers. I love little touches like that!! It did not take us long to fill up our buckets either because the vines were LOADED with sweet ripe berries. I especially appreciated the level of maintenance they take on their operation. Walking down the rows is easy. The grass is well maintained and the ground is even - this was important for my mother as she is a little unsteady on her feet these days 😉. I will say there is a small incline you have to go up so if your or your loved ones cannot navigate a small incline you may want to opt for the pre-picked option. The trellises are also slanted which is pure genius to allow airflow around the fruit and easy accessability. The plants are well tended and do not have shoots going every which direction. As we were checking out we were informed that Farm Bureau actually has a small farm passport that Linam Farms is a part of. As an Arkansas I love when our local businesses support our smaller scale farmers. There were actually more local to me that I had never heard of! 15/10 recommend if you're wanting to support local, buy some DELICIOUS fruits, or just take your little ones on an adventure. I am excited to go back throughout the year and learn what other offerings they have.

We had such a great time at Linam’s Farm! The blackberries are absolutely delicious—so fresh, sweet, and bursting with flavor. My daughter couldn’t stop eating them right out of the bucket! It’s such a fun, family-friendly place and a perfect way to spend the morning. The farm is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back for more—these are hands-down the best berries we’ve ever had!

We had a great time at the Linam Family Farm! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the berries are large and sweet! We used some for a baked berry oatmeal and the rest will be for eating plain. The RCA trellis system makes harvesting a breeze. I think it took less than 30min to pick a gallon. Definitely worth your time and money...
