Mile Rock Picnic Area — Attraction in Alpine

Great little picnic sites and plenty of space to keep safe from one another. Appreciate d the multiple tables so we all didn't have to bring a chair. And great size fire pit too! Would visit again!!! No canyon fee at this point but idk if that will change. But beautiful drive up. I will recommend do NOT drive down while sunnis setting tho because you can't see the road when the sun is directly in your face. That was a bit scary. Love to go up there. There's no over night camping there but there's plenty of camping real close by. The only down fall is. It's so nice at Mile Rock is you either have to get there before the sun comes up or reserve at the ranger station in Pleasant Grove. Which is at least a 1/2 hr.drive from that particular day use only camp site. But it's well worth the time. If not it's guaranteed some one else...
