There are two trailheads. The one near the bottom of the three falls housing development has a large parking lot and bathrooms. The trail meanders up through the meadows that are between all the new houses. This time of year the wildflowers were popping. I made the mistake of starting at the upper trailhead so I only saw the bottom 3/4 mile of the lower trail. The upper trail starts just off the upper part of Three Falls Way. The trail goes past several small waterfalls. You do go across the top of the large waterfall but you can't really see it. Go for the flowers, you won't...
Read moreEasy hike with amazing views. The trailhead and parking lot is easy to miss. You’ll probably wind up driving around the super fancy mansions under development in the area. There is construction so maybe check out the trail during the weekends. It’s quite and secluded. Very well maintained and relatively flat for biking and trail running. Lots of beautiful wildflowers in bloom right now with stunning snow caps in the background. The waterfall is powerful and well worth the hike. You can backtrack or take the road back to the car....
