Bought a freezer pack of chicken once, and some ground beef and veggies several times. Only farm I've ever been to that won't let you see anything behind the scenes. Most of the canned/jarred/boxed stuff in their "store" is sun faded and usually several years past expiration. The eggs were bland, with super pale, waxy yolks and thin, colorless shells. Most of the chicken was rotten as soon as it defrosted. I've been informed by my new source, that they have been in trouble with the FDA for repackaging meat, and after $100+ worth of rotten chicken, I totally believe it. Read moreWe cannot say enough GREAT things about Walnut Creek! We absolutely love their grass fed/grass finished meats! I have a very hard time purchasing meat from the store now bc there truly is no comparison at all to WC's quality! You can really tell a difference. I love knowing my family is getting super quality meats!

Last minute this morning I had a service worker show up to my house to fix my shower as I was trying to leave to pick up my meat. I texted to ask them what I needed to do instead, they replied quickly sharing with me that they would just bring it to my house at no addition charge! Can you say incredible customer service?! We will forever use and love...

The produce was nice, but seemed too perfect and clean to be locally grown. Everything appeared to have been washed and some items were trimmed, which isnt what I'd expect from non-commercial farming. I'm not sure I'll buy from them again as, based on what I heard recently from an acquaintance, they have a history of repackaging store...
