This was our first time visiting. The wine is good depending on what type of wine you like. I preferred their white wines, which I normally prefer red wines. Their happiness blueberry wine is my favorite. However, some of the servers we had there seemed ingenuine in their "nice" demeanor. We were there for the wine trail event and decided we wanted to do a tasting as well. We were told since we were a part of the wine trail they would do up to 5 tastings for $5, but for those who weren't in the wine trail event were able to get their usual tasting amount of up to 8 for $5. Then while tasting the one server stopped rinsing out the glasses in between tasting so it became hard to tell if I was tasting the new wine's flavor or a mixture of them and had to rinse out the glass myself. We also weren't given the coupon vouchers (which we didn't know we needed as this was our first time). These vouchers allow patrons to get the tasting cost back when purchasing a bottle which we each did and ended up having to go back because we were charged full price and never got the tasting cost back. The only reason I might return would be to get the blueberry wine.
I am more likely to return to other wineries where I was treated genuinely nice and friendly, and had an overall...
Read moreMy wife and I were here over the 4th of July long weekend in 2017 for a tasting and a visit to the winery. The lady in the tasting room was enthusiastic and polite. She asked us if we were interested in tasting and then handed us a sheet listing out the wines that we could choose from. It is certainly one of the longer lists that I have seen offered for a tasting, if not the longest. The tasting was fun and I enjoyed her telling us a bit about each wine before the tasting. The room had other visitors as well who were in there for tasting but to her credit, the lady managed the counter deftly and with unfailing enthusiasm. For our tasting we decided to buy one of the cheese offerings that they had and it provided a nice accompaniment to the wines. After our tasting we decided to buy 2 bottles of wine from the wines that we had tasted - the Kobi's Koncoction and the Gewurztraminer - and also enjoy a glass of their red sangria while sitting outside. Once we were done with that, we took a quick walk down some vines. All in all, this was a very enjoyable wine tasting experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend...
