I'm from PA and this is by far one of the cleanest and nicest facilities around. I went her for 2 horse auctions so far and loved it both times. The food is decent and the lemonade is to die for. The bathrooms were even spotless. And I love how the horses have their own stalls and aren't tied next to one another kicking and biting. Very...

First time at this facility in a long time and it's consistently maintained but not many changes, improvements, or updates. Rv hookups are all power and water only so being onsite for more than a weekend can be challenging. Ground for arenas was good. Stalls...
