We are neighbors with Churn Creek Meadows. I am aware that the owners are constantly vigilant that no chemical overspray, or runoff, contaminate their premises. The result is that those of us who have the pleasure to share the neighborhood, have in most cases changed our own pest control methods! Initially, this was for the sake of Churn Creek Meadows. But, when effective control can be achieved naturally and organically, without Hazzard to critters and humans, who would choose chemicals?
