Unprofessional Handling of Delivery Driver Accident I am extremely disappointed with the way my local Domino’s store handled an incident involving one of their delivery drivers. While delivering pizzas, the driver opened her car door into a bike lane, hitting a cyclist, who then collided with my car, causing significant damage to my new car. The store is located at 2231 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60614. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue, the manager was very rude and refused to provide their commercial insurance information or take any responsibility for the damage caused by their driver while on duty. This lack of accountability and refusal to cooperate has left me with no choice but to pursue legal action. A business like this, that refuses to take responsibility for accidents caused by its staff, does not deserve your support. I strongly urge others to avoid giving their business to a store that shows such disregard for basic accountability and professionalism.

Past orders have been good. Delivery is never as good as picking up the order, but sometimes we have to have it delivered. This Sugar Creek (MO) location when it was first opened was one of the best anywhere. The past two months the quality and service has gotten progressively worst. The manager this evening (4/3 @ 6:30) didn't seem to really understand why a customer would be upset with this situation. My suggestion is 1. the manager needs immediate refresher manager training. Presently, he is WAY over his head. 2. The entire staff needs training, the sooner the better. 3. Upper management needs to wake up. with the economy the way it is, businesses will be closing because when the economy is not good, people become very frugal. I REFUSE TO GO BACK TO SUGAR CREEK. I will take my points (I have 310 points) and find a location that can provide better quality. Shame on Dominos!!!

I would like to know why does Domino's gives out coupons that you can not redeem and when you reach out for help, you get told the same exact instructions as if you did not follow them... As you can see from the pictures I emailed customer service about a half off coupon that was not working on both their app or website. The store could not provide help either. Needless to say I was unable to order pizzas for my family and when I replied back to help get the situation remedied, there was no reply back... Your commercials say you care for your customers but your deeds say otherwise. Guess back to Papa John's, PizzaHut and frozen pizza we go...and again I am not asking for Free pizza just to process another coupon or a similar reward.

Can't even talk to someone about an experience at a store the local store in Flint.

I waited for over an hour in the store for a pizza that said it was going to be 21 minutes. There was one employee he had only been they are two months. He was the assistant manager and he was the only employee in the store working. He had two delivery drivers that were out driving but there was no one else in the store helping him. The phone was ringing non-stop. He told me that the manager and five other employees were supposed to be there at 5:00 p.m. at 5:30. He was calling them and they were ignoring his calls. No one showed up to help this kid

I watched three pizzas, two of which were mine fall off of the oven because he didn't have time to go get them and cut them and put them in boxes because he was steady making orders so he had to remake three different pizzas and like I said two of them were mine

I called customer service here and the recording will not let you talk to any person at all. It tells you to call the stores manager Which I did not want to talk to the manager because he was the one that did not come in and bring the other employees to help this kid out and I ended up spending an hour and 15 minutes waiting on my two pizzas. Did not get any bonuses.

Did not get any comps. Nothing not even a drink I'm fully disabled and use a walker to walk. It hurts me to sit on my walker or in a chair and I had to sit there in this store for over 45 minutes because I had waited in my car long enough and was wondering what was going on

My wife put an email into customer service. They never bothered to call me. Never did anything about it and never took care of anything at all

Quit going to Domino's during covid because during the height of covid there were eight people in the store, none of which were wearing masks The girl behind the counter gave somebody a pizza. The guy walked out to his car and opened the pizza. Brought it back inside because it was the wrong one. It was mine. She went behind the counter and tried to hand me that pizza during the major height of covid I told her to remake that pizza and that was the last time I had went in there for over a year and a half I recently gave them another shot and this is the shot that I gave them will not go to the Domino's on Pierson road in Flint anymore Domino's corporate is a joke. They do not care about the customers and don't...

Marion, Iowa Domino's - after this order, I am DONE with Domino's forever... I had a free pizza coming because on a previous order, the handmade pizza was RAW in the middle. It wasn't even WARM when it got to my house and was all dough.

I thought I would get a couple of their chicken sides, you know, the ones at 2 for $5.99 each. The food arrived at my door and I almost dropped the order out of the delivery guys hands because the pizza and two chicken sides were so LIGHT. They didn't weigh hardly ANYTHING. I thought something was wrong, but I didn't say anything.

I lifted off the first chicken side and it felt empty. I was kind of mad thinking I had received an empty box. When I opened it, there was a 3 inch wide by 5 inch wide, THIN grouping of chicken cubes covered with so few toppings, I was SHOCKED. I was so shocked, I immediately went to my kitchen scale and put the box AND the chicken side on it. Five point eight ounces - FIVE OUNCES, including the box!! The other chicken dish did weigh an impressive seven point nine ounces because they had just thrown some tomatoes on the top, which weighed it down.

The pizza was fine, by the way, but I was so disgusted and feeling robbed it didn't even taste good.

I chose to not call the Domino's in my area because I don't want a replacement. I don't want a refund. I don't want ANYTHING from them EVER AGAIN. If someone at that location thought it was even a remotely good idea to put out the product they did tonight, they were sadly mistaken.

People - think through your past orders and disappointments before you order from Domino's again. No, giving them "another shot" isn't going to change your disappointing experience, trust me.

I'm actually kind of glad this happened. Now I won't be saddled with an overpriced $2.69 delivery charge + tax and an obligatory tip for their always crummy delivery people. I will always have Casey's, Pizza Hut, Marco's and hell, even Little Caesar's that can do...

On Wednesday the 10th of April I went to store #6456 to pickup 50 pizzas that had been ordered that morning and were to be picked up at 4:45 pm that evening.  A call was made later that morning to confirm that the pizzas would be ready.  When I arrived at the drive through I was informed that they were short on staff and that it would be 20 minutes until I could get my order.  I eventually had to request that they give me the pizzas they made so that I could get them to the church across the street.  I had a large crowd that was waiting to eat.  The staff did allow me to get the pizzas.   When I returned back at the store, waiting in the drive through I herd a car horn. I didn't think that the person was honking at me since I was waiting for the remainder of my order and had no control of the situation.  The car that was behind me pulled around me and parked.  The driver of the vehicle exited the vehicle and yelled at me, telling me that I didn't want to mess with him and that two can play that game. I saw that the person was wearing a Dominos pizza shirt so I asked the staff inside the store who the person was that was entering the store because he was being a punk.  That person later identified as Donte ran out of the building and run up to me and got in my face and was trying to get me to fight him. While Donte was being confrontational a female staff member came out and asked Donte to go back inside, and he did.  I did not feel comfortable that he was working on the remaining pizzas that I had ordered. This is the second time that we have made a large order with this store that could not be filled in a timely manner.  I will not be conducting business with...
