Arrived 5 minutes before closing. Lights were turned off. As I walked in employee said,"I was just getting ready to lock up." I walked to the dark back room for wine supplies... He never turned the light on. I had to use the light from my phone to see. As I approached the counter I was told it had to be charged on my card because the register was closed out. I was told if I needed supplies the shop in the mall usually carries stock. I said that I didn't like the mall. I waited about 5 minutes for the credit machine. Wow... Could not have felt more awkward... Will shop elsewhere from now on!!! I thought hours were posted for a reason; not shortened to suit. I don't care if there wasn't a customer there all day...a sale is a sale and a customer should not feel like an inconvenience. Scott, this is Mary and Mike.
