We love the scenery and wildlife we see on our walks at this park. Dogs are permitted on a leash. There are two separate playgrounds for the kids, a paved storywalk path throughout the park, plenty of picnic areas, a bathroom, volleyball courts, basketball court, handball court, tennis courts, baseball diamond, and even a Horseshoe pit. The grass area is large and also used for football and soccer practice. This photo was taken from the park to show the spectacular view.

Great place to bring the kids. Park has multiple fields and playground areas. Lights on both the basketball and sand volleyball courts. Tennis and many other courts for family activities. When games are played there are concession stands for snacks. Multiple restroom locations. Great views of the Superstition Mountains for family pictures. Hiking trails for fun. It's an all around Great place to bring your family.

Views of the Superstition Mountains are spectacular. There are two playgrounds. The one on the North side seems more suited for young kids whereas the one to the South is for older children. There's soccer/ football fields, volleyball, tennis, basketball and more. Renting ramadas for parties is reasonably priced. The bathrooms aren't disgusting. It's a nice place to spend some time outside with the family.

Absolutely beautiful park!! Represents the best features of Az!! Very clean and you see the park rangers driving thru quite often. Lots of options for families, 2 different playground areas with Ramadas of all sizes😁 every sport is represented in different areas of the park all the way down to horseshoes! You can do first come first serve or rent the Ramadas for an extremely reasonable price even if you are not a resident of AJ! You also have the option to rent the open space near the Ramada for bounce house etc.. Every Ramada has POWER OUTLETS!!!!!! The bathrooms have always been very clean and now they have them on both sides so you don't have to walk to the other side. We just had our sons 2nd birthday party and it was a wonderful experience. The park ranger was extremely friendly and socialized with everyone at the park. I highly recommend it for any outside events as it seems they cater to private or open events. Also the park is DOG FRIENDLY they even have the trash dispenser for their waste! They really hit all the conveniences you would...

Go here often to walk the dog, she loves it, plenty of natural air from mountains, views are nice, generally grass and landscape well cared for by city, most people are very friendly, natural surroundings allow for relaxing vibe while resting or walking, helps that it is several degrees cooler in morning than other valley areas. Has several offerings , playgrounds, handball pickleball courts, tennis, softball or baseball fields, soccer or football fields, lighted at night, basketball, and restroom facilities and water fountains as well as typical ramadas and bbq with tables, well spread for small of large groups. Path to walk around entire park and some desert paths for the more adventurous, during summer watch for snakes, but rest of the year plenty of other...

Was playing fetch with our 2 extremely family friendly dogs (chocolate lab, golden retriever) and there wasn’t a single human within 400 yards of us. The park ranger came up to us after about 30 mins and said that he received 3 calls from others at the park about dogs being off leash and that we had to leash them or leave. Apparently, these Karen’s have nothing better to do than to call the park ranger on people playing fetch with their dogs on a Sunday. Absolute losers. The park ranger even felt bad and said his hands were tied and there wasn’t much he can do about it because that’s just how people are. I hope those people get what’s coming to them (I.e. a bad car accident with...
