You not allowed on it anymore but it IS interesting because it was a practice bridge prior to the Golden Gate Bridge. It looks very similar but smaller. It does lead sonewhere, to the firing range, but now you you have to drive all the way around to get to it instead of uses the bridge. Once I drove across the bridge I made a u-turn and noticed a sign that stated "Bridge Out." Go figure.
