It was a lot clearer than some other lakes, and there is a ton of cool stuff!!! Around 30 ft it goes from warm to cold. If you are going to be below this for most of the dive, you will probably want a five mil wetsuit. I haven’t gone deeper than 35’ in it yet, (ran out of air+ plus all the cool stuff is at 20-30), but I did reach the first thermocline. There is another from 40-50 feet, You Will Freeze! It drops down to 40 degrees, I have heard, so unless you have a dry suit… I had a 63 tank, but I would recommend bringing two if you want to be able to see all the cool stuff. Also, I did not know this before hand, but the boat ramp is active! Also from the way past the Mazda Miata to the toilet there are bass, and if you pick up and drop closed muscles near them, they will swim down and try to eat the shell!

Beautiful Drive and great place to spend the day. Picnic tables and BBQ's with Beautiful views and spacious placement. Clean restrooms. Family friendly. Some handicap accessible picnic areas close to the water.

Love the dive park! Fun to just practice and see the boats, cars, jet skis, and other things sunk in the area. Also nice place to meet other divers!

This place is great! I’ve been diving this site for the last ten years. The dive park is nice, lots of submerged vehicles and boats to swim through. The only issue would be those open water students coming through stirring up everything on the weekends. Best to get here early. The best thing to do would be to dive off the bluffs on the other side of the dive park. There you can get a lot deeper really quick and swim through an enchanted forest. There’s a drop off around a 100” that goes straight down to 180”. Yaa the abyss!...

Nice place for diving. Good amount of interesting items in relatively shallow water as well as some deeper points of interest. Great for the beginner and dive masters! Very busy on weekends. Bathroom leaves a bit to be desired. Quite far from parking/lake access and needs to be...
