This park surprised me with it's quality since it was tucked so far out of the way. A lot of campers use this park and there is moderate traffic going on and out. Some of the trailers on the far end of the park are a little seedy; it's starting to look like a transient town in that area, which is a concern.
This park is worth a trip with the family (there is a playground area for the kids) or for a couple (the concrete park along the river is actually a nice walk), but I would recommend not wandering around too far on your own.
