Not much to this place but we loved it. The indoor exhibit was small and easily accessible with plenty of information. Smelled a little fishy, but that's ok, it's a fish hatchery. The outdoor exhibit is a walk-through area around the stock 'ponds'. seeing all the fingerlings and young trout was really cool, but those big studs at the entree are the stars of this place. We walked around the rectangle concrete holding tanks in the ground that have flowing water and barriers that house the fish while they mature enough to be put into the river. There are mature trout kept right at the entrance so you can see how big they get. I think the visitor centers are not open on the weekend until May so it may help to use internet educational material in addition to talking to officers who were helpful...
