Solid park right by a neighborhood — and it’s actually bigger than I thought. Past the playground area, there’s a longer paved loop with a grass area in the middle if you need to stretch your legs even more.
More importantly, it’s very safe and family-friendly. Even in the hot Texas sun, I still saw (i) an older gentleman jogging around the circuit as well as (ii) a mom and her daughter enjoying the jungle gym after grabbing a bit.
The mom, Aaliyah, was nice and you could tell her little one loved it out there too… which is a great sign! There’s a big butterfly installation in the middle which makes it unique, relative to other facilities 🦋
Overall, Treepoint Park is a solid 5-stars for the neighborhood… kudos to the COA on this one as the Parks Department just finished their weekly clean-up as I pulled in.
