On a sunny August weekend, tons of people on ATVS and dirtbikes here. ATV trails are wide(4-10 feet) soft earth. Horse camp completely empty. There are four free rustic campsites accessible by hiking (one accessible by ATV/dirtbike) and free camping anywhere in the woods - it's state forest.
