This is one of our favorite parks in the North County, it’s very open plenty to do for ages 1- teen. The climbing structures are great for older kids and the younger playground is very cute too. There is multiple big swings and baby swings and it’s right in the middle of the playground so very convenient to push one on the swings and see the whole playground if you have others running around. Wood chips as opposed to sand is so nice, do note that there is a volley ball sand pit next to the playground so we bring sand toys when the kids want to play in sand but we don’t feel like going to the beach. The biggest negative is it is full sun, for summer it’s a big bummer but for Winter and Spring it’s a big positive because the sides are dry by 9am. As opposed to Atascadero lake park that isn’t dry till 11am if...

There are baseball diamonds with seating, scoreboard and announcer booth, soccer fields, horseshoe pits, batting cages and a small horse arena with grandstand and announcer booth. There's a small picnic area and up-to- date children's play yard. Paths through the park are popular with morning and evening dog walkers. Full growth trees so shaded areas. Lots of league/team play here. Reserve through Atascadero Parks office. Easily accessible from Highway 101 (Santa Barbara exit east) and Atascadero main drag- El...

The park is nice and has a big part of the park and I separated from this smaller park. The reason why I gave this place 3 stars 🌟 is the bathroom. I don't like it. For starters, it does not have an air dryer. Why? I'm fine with air dry, but come on. Also, it does not have soap. The Atascadero city needs to stand...
