The on site Sales rep was very helpful throughout the process, but after sales service has been abysmal. We submitted a list of problems to be fixed after delivery. We were told it would be 8-10 weeks before they came out to fix them. Today makes three months and no repairs. We were told at the beginning of December they would be out the last week or two of December . When they did not call or show up, I contacted them and was told they were closed those two weeks. One of our issues was the front door seal was missing. It got down to 22F and cold air was coming in around the door. We were having to run two minisplits at 82F to maintain 65F in the house. When I was asked if I was going have to fix this, I was told, "Yes If I could not wait." I fixed it myself. We had an earlier problem where all of the mini split were on the same remote frequency, so sometimes they would interfere with eachothers operation. They did send a technician out to look at it, but he did not solve the problem. He just told us not to use one of the most convenient features on the systems. At their Rockwall, TX location we went through the whole process of picking out a custom Park model RV and even transferred the required 50% down to start start the build. It wasn't until after executing the purchase agreement and transferring the funds that RRC emailed us an Arbitration Agreement to sign. I told them we do not sign Arbitration Agreements and they responded that it was their policy that every buyer sign one. We refused, I told them we were not giving up our rights just to buy a product from them, and the deal fell apart. Wasted 3 days of our time and the cost of the wire transfer. Have since found another dealer that does not require an Arbitration Agreement to do business with them. BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought 2 from this company because of tax savings potential but my tax county found way to argue this as a permanent structure because the cover is counted as the total sf in a trailer home. My reason for 1 star because of the built quality on how the company stand behind their product. When the weather is cold outside, all my windows and doors sweats and the dealer said there’s nothing they can do. The windows in my master bedrooms leaks every time we have heavy rains. They tried to fix it at least 3 times and it still leaks and because it passed the factory warranty period they stop responding to my email.
