One of the nicest pumpkin patches I have ever been to. Very clean and organized. I went as a chaperon for a school field trip. The kids enjoyed the trip. They were able to go on the hay ride, plant a 🌾 corn, watch a quick show at the barn about agriculture, go jump and ride another pull behind tractor. There was a snack bar where they had variety of chips and shaved iced. You were able to pour your own flavor syrup into the shaved iced. I had 5 kids purchase shaved ice and unfortunately they were out of syrup. I asked the staff numerous times if they were going to refill because most of the flavors were out. The lines were I insanely long and didn’t give them time to go fill but they kept selling shaved iced. My 5 kids were stuck with flavor they didn’t want, but at the end of the day they still enjoyed it. Kids will eat any type of sugar. I went out to get my purse from my car and was never asked if I wanted to get my hand stamped to get back in. The person working at the entrance was a bit rude about not having my stamp or the kids having a stamps but luckily I had a bracelet so that cleared me and the kids. On the way out couple of employees were handing out pumpkins whom were a bit rude as well. I get it it’s a lot of kids you are handling all day but the kids come to have a great experience which I’m sure they did. I’m sure the kids didn’t notice the poor attitude but I was able to pick up on it. Overall the pumpkin patch itself is gorgeous and it’s a great place to take pictures with your family. I think the adults forgot to have coffee or something and maybe that’s why they were acting off. By the way the GPS doesn’t take you through the correct way. I kept send us 3 different weird routes through random dirt roads in the orchards behind it. It took us a minute to figure out how to get in. Just be cautious you will drive through a dirt road in a almond orchard. And drive slow you don’t want to...
Read moreSo I'm a first time pumpkin patch goer and I just feel like they pulled a bait and switch on us. When you arrive there is a stand where you purchase tokens. The tokens are 5 bucks each. And with that token you can use it for either a free meal or a pumpkin on the farm so I purchase 3 with the thought of getting 3 pumpkins. The tokens say any size on , so before we try to leave we confirmed with a worker and they said yes, any pumpkin on the farm any size. Well we get stopped on the way out and we are informed that the pumpkins we chose were $8 and that our tokens are considered credit towards those pumpkins but they were NOT for any size. I was in disbelief because we asked a worker before picking the pumpkins and the token itself says any size. The lady didn't care and just wanted the extra bucks so we put one back. It's the principal. Don't bait and switch I didn't mind paying, it's not expensive. But don't lie to consumers. Costco doesn't advertise a hot dog and drink for 1.25 and then say it'll be an extra dollar for the cup you want to drink out of....
Read moreI would have given this place a better rating because my kids love to go and always have a good time, but there's a lady in the front that was just not customer oriented at all! We purchased 2 games for the blaster and this time they gave us an orange wristband instead of a token. We got distracted as we were enjoying the different rides, and didn't realize the time until they were closing. So we didn't do the blaster. I went to the front office to see if we could come back another day and use the 2 games I paid for the blaster! The lady at the front took a very defensive attitude, asking how long I've been there and that I was putting it on them now for a refund. I simply said that I wasn't looking for a refund and just wanted another chance to come use the prepaid games. Her tone of voice was very impolite, almost aggressive. I've had no problems with any of the staff except HER! It's too bad because we enjoyed supporting this...
