The wine itself was excellent, and when our tasting began, Will, seemed knowledgeable and welcoming. Unfortunately, as the experience went on, he crossed several lines. He shifted from talking about the wine to making aggressive remarks about immigration laws and policies, and even added offensive comments about certain religious communities. What started as a pleasant visit quickly became uncomfortable and disrespectful.

Read moreMy husband bought 2 bottles of Hodges wine from Eagle in TalIassee. The bottle of Peach white musadine was horrible with alot of sedement in the bottom. It tasted sour. My husband googled and found that wine that had lots of bubbles and tastes sour is still fermenting. Eagle refused to make it good so I called Hodges. The lady who answered was extremely nice and apologetic. She stated she lived in Tallassee and would bring me 2 bottles of my choice to replace. I told her that was not neccesary but she insisted. She never showed up. I called a second time. Again she was apologetic and said she would bring it that night but never did. I have not heard another word. Will not buy...
Read moreAwesome! We met friends who were staying overnight as part of the Harvest Host program. We stopped in for a tasting. The wines are incredible. They have something for everyone; red, white, sweet, dry, and some interesting blends. The woman who handled the tasting was terrific. She was knowledgeable about the wines and was very friendly! We bought a case! As for the Harvest Host (we are full-time RV'ers like our friends), their services are outstanding. Most Harvest Host sites only have a spot to park. Hodges Vineyards has concrete pads with full hookups! We will recommend them...
