This is a great park for everyone. There's shaded walking trails that take you around the park and into the cemetery. Trails are covered by gravel so you can wear flip flops and be ok. There is a small pier overlooking the pond and porch swings placed in various locations as well. The most unique thing about the park is the area just off of the trail with about 6 to 8 pieces of equipment for adults to use for exercise. So, take a run for cardio and then do a little weight training. It's a great park for dogs, families, or a solo walk. Playground on site for kids. Fenced dog run with access to fresh water. Just don't forget...

Town Creek Park is a versatile recreation option. There are walking paths that circle the pond and go beyond the borders of the park. For dog owners there is a fenced area where your dog can play and mix and mingle with other pups. There is a large pavilion that can be used for parties and open area suitable for concerts - which take place at various times during the year. The pond itself is full of fish and turtles - but no fishing is allowed. Finally there are some fitness gadgets on one end of the pond. Overall, fine place to take the kids or just...

Nestled in the heart of Auburn, Alabama, Town Creek Park stands as a testament to the city’s commitment to preserving natural beauty and providing recreational spaces for its residents. This hidden gem has become a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I have spent hours at the dog park and made many friendships. An asset to the community.

I would give this park a five star rating really off of the location and convenience of the park itself. I notice a church gathering here for maybe a Easter event of some sort but nonetheless it seems like a safe place to jog run walk etc or just relax and get a peace of mind out by the water. Definitely a hidden gem a I look forward to going back once I move to the city
