I wanted to organize a media enclosure that had been left very desorganized by original contractor when we purchased home. I did not have new enclosure needed and I wanted to get project done fairly quick because builder that was finishing basement was about to install dry-wall. At first, I decided to do project by myself. However, I encounter a significant obstacle right from the start. I drove around town searching for new Media Enclosure without success. And ordering it would take days which I did not have. Therefore, I turned to Yelp for help. I described my project on Yelp and got many responses. However, Steven Racz from ALTITUDE AUDIO VIDEO was one of the fastest responses. He contacted me via Yelp message, and when we connected by phone, I explained what my project was. He was very cautious not to over promise about timing and/or cost of project. But he said he could find the media enclosure I was looking for the following day, and may be work on it the day after that. When I explained my dilemma about dry-wall being done in 2 days, he asked me if I would mind if he worked in the late evening, which I had no problem with. Steve came the day after being contacted at around 6PM and worked until after 9:30PM doing amazing work. He went well above my expectations! Steve even hid a bundle of cables behind support beams. He had to drill through them and completely de-assemble wiring to run bundle of cables though new holes (extra work that original contractor never bothered to do). See before and after pictures.

Altitude Audio Video was top notch from start to finish in our newly finished basement, installing our home theater system on time, on budget and with premium equipment (full home theater). Steven's attention to perfection was highlighted during this project when he noticed that the new large screen television had two micro lines of lights that were not working properly (manufacturer defect)- literally only his eye for detail could notice the defect. Knowing that we intentionally scheduled the installation to be complete prior to a family event, Steven took the time to complete the install for us, tuned the system and committed to coming back to replace the television without charge.
