There is always something to do for different age groups. I like to stroll along the lake and go fishing. I take my grandniece to the playground and the sprayground. There is room for more activities.The only problem I have is that I have come across the restrooms being locked early and for very young ones it's quite a walk. Some park users litter too much along the lake. I've met the friendly young men who empty the trash cans but I'd like to see a couple of days each year put aside for volunteers to scoop up the litter in and around the lake. It would make people aware enough to take ownership in caring for our park. Then, I would love it if BREC would listen to citizens in the surrounding area and beyond who want to KEEP THE ZOO WHERE IT...
