Silver Creek Park — Attraction in Bakersfield

This park has two playgrounds for children. One of the play grounds is for the smaller children and the play grounds have a lot of play equipment.

It has large benches and barbecue grills for birthdays.

One side of the park has benches under a roof for rainy or extra sunny days.

It has a large basketball ball court. A part of the basketball court is in the open and the other is under a roof for rainy or extra sunny hot days.

It has tennis courts and a soccer field.

It also has a swimming pool.

It has a couple of drinking fountains and restrooms. The restrooms are not always clean but better than other park restrooms.

I’ve been here a hand full of times and it looks decent but I would still recommend precaution while there with small children. I wouldn’t leave...

Yeah this is part one of the best parts have been to in my life it's pretty big Park and it has everything you could imagine a basketball courts swimming pool area between baseball and soccer here and has the coolest like what I've seen a little exercise equipment but there for like the jungle gym for kids it's pretty nice very clean and I wish you work is here working on the yard and see this place is never had had a head of dirty spot on it you know there is no homeless people here there's no Riff Raff the time and the rest are Immaculate I love them I would live...

Tons of activities all over the park. Weekday after five and the park was pretty full. All of the parking lot spaces were full so I had to park on the street. Park itself was clean, the street sides had sooo much debris and just trash thrown everywhere. I didn’t see any trash bins along the perimeter of the park so that could be the reason. Dog friendly for sure, football, soccer, volleyball games and little leagues groups in every inch of the park. Maybe saw only one homeless fellow in the whole park.
