I am going to give this a 50,50 rating. Price for 10 kids $116 Deposit you don't get back $75 The drive there for me: 1 hour 49 minutes (drive wasn't really worth the outcome)

Enjoyment: some kids and family's kids enjoyed the party we had. The ones 42 inches and above at least did. I had a party booked for 12 kids but a couple parents were so upset their kids couldn't play with the other taller kids even some being 2 inches off from the 42 inches that they left after 30 minutes. Dropped my party for 12 into a party of 6.

Party area: definitely outdated and ugly to the point I really didn't want to take photos. Curtains separate other party areas with basic picnic tables placed oddly. To my understanding from previous photos on this site I thought there would be water slide inflatables outside and a cute set up of tables with red and white umbrellas for party areas but no they got rid of all that and kept the ugly outdated party areas inside. No fun water slides just very old taped together inflatables inside. They need to update real bad.

Staff: the girl up front was not happy to work there and it definitely showed. Staff sit on chairs to watch kids that's atleast nice. Extra eyes never hurt.

This place is okay for what I spent and the kids had fun but I don't plan to return for future parties...

Wanted to take our son here who has Asperger’s and were told in no uncertain terms that he was not allowed to attend due to his disability being a “safety issue” this mental disability is protected under state law and we WILL be seeking legal action against this business for discriminatory practices against a minor with a mental illness. Aspergers autism requires no medical equipment or extra safety measures whatsoever and this should NEVER disqualify a child from being included in a place that is solely meant for children to enjoy themselves. We will be letting all friends and family know of this atrocious behavior on the part of the owning staff if this business. This also is not the first incident that has occurred at this business that I am aware of and I have a little piece of advice for the owner who enjoys screaming at children. You NEVER address a child in this manner, sir, you should NEVER approach a child like that especially when you’re fully aware their parents are in the immediate vicinity, if you don’t like children, you should have chosen a different type of business to run instead of this. The rest of the staff are respectful and friendly, very kind people who I genuinely feel sorry for having to work for a hostile old...

A fun place for kids 40-42 inches or taller. They've got a super small section for children under that size. My sons advanced in climbing for his age & he spots one of the biggest inflatables in the place (he's 39inches) as long as he was stumbling the employee behind us proceeded to watch but as soon as he got the hang of the larger wall she informs me he actually should not be on there (she's watched him jump off & on this thing 4 times at minimum at this point) so I have to pull my toddler down screaming, I'm not sure I'll return & we frequent the area monthly. I was unhappy about how that was handled she even proceeded to tell me when I mention she's watched him four times "technically the owners here but I guess that's why they've got insurance!) smh 🤦🏼‍♀️

Pay attention to the sizes of the children don't let them climb on things you know they should not be on even if you don't think they'll make it far. I didn't appreciate having to cause an...

I absolutely loved having a party at pump up the fun. We had my oldest daughters birthday at Malibu Jack's and I would choose ten times over to have our future parties at pump up the fun. Its a lax environment, you bring all your own stuff for your party. It's just big enough that it's perfect in my opinion. At the other location you can't bring anything but a cake from outside, everything must be bought from them and it's disgustingly over priced unlike pump up the fun. Your allowed to decorate how you want, bring your own food, your own plates and drinks and the kids are playing close by as apposed to buy the main entrance. 15/10
