The playground is amazing. I love all the equipment and how it challenges my very active toddler and teen both. The parents seem to be involved with children as well. Every time we've gone, all kids were accounted for and behaved. The lake and walking trail are pretty too.
LOST STARS BECAUSE: I was shocked to see the number of doggie poo baggies laying around the trail. The folks that live in the area obviously care enough about the park to pick up after their pets, but there's only ONE trashcan for a half mile trail. It's at the beginning by the playground. I can't blame owners for not wanting to carry dog doo the whole way! It was disgusting!! Between that and no bathrooms, I don't think we'll frequent this one as much as we hoped to originally. There's a decent sized field to play fetch with the dog and it never feels crowded. There are benches and picnic tables around the playground as well as a water fountain.
All the equipment is in really good condition.
