This is a very nice nature trail and my husband and I always bring our kids here to walk. I do have a couple of complaints though, there are so many beer cans and garbage everywhere along the trail and in the water which is so disappointing to see. Some people here just don't respect nature. Also, about a year ago my husband and I were walking (thankfully without the kids) and we had an encounter with a bobcat that got directly on the wooden trail. It was very scary but thankful my husband was able to scare it away. We immediately called the park rangers and they came out to check on everything.
