Upstairs had a selection of their permanent collection they called "memeworthy" and encouraged people to come up with tag or headlines in the fashion of a meme for the art shown. Most of the art there was quality looking work, but the concept was very strange. Who does this appeal to? People who follow online culture would not find this entertaining, and people who don't would find it annoying. Someone thought it was a good idea though so at least one person likes it.
