First off Prong Pond is not a pond, it is in-fact a large lake, especially if you are in a canoe! We were here with the fall colors and it was gorgeous. Also dangerous, the weather can turn for the worse quickly. Great views in all directions, loons in the area, other birds and animals. Did not see a moose but I am sure some do. Great place for a day of paddling!

First off Prong Pond is not a pond, it is in-fact a large lake, especially if you are in a canoe! We were here with the fall colors and it was gorgeous. Also dangerous, the weather can turn for the worse quickly. Great views in all directions, loons in the area, other birds and animals. Did not see a moose but I am sure some do. ROCK BOYS! I LOVE ME SOME PRONG POND! Beautiful, quiet and so very lovely I wish I could spend most of my time up there.
