This is an excellent place to go to escape the riggors of daily life. A very clean park with many trails for hiking. There is access to the little Miami river for fishing or launching canoes. If you swim in the river I highly recommend life preservers. Plenty of snakes, frogs, small woodland creatures, even deer. Keep your eyes open because there is a lot to see and feel! The reserve is very clean and well maintained. Come experience nature right...

Hands down one of my favorite easy hikes, my “comfort trail”. You can just take the main path or walk along the river. I love visiting throughout the seasons and watching the changes. Always see people fishing, kayaking, bringing kids, all ages and capabilities on this trail which makes me happy knowing it is well loved and actively used. There’s a tree there I call “Big Bodacious”. Give her a hug for me. You’ll know...

Absolutely stunning nature reserve with gorgeous natural trails. The trail is so beautiful along the water and quite easy to walk as it’s nearly entirely flat. There is a more “challenging” loop trail with new wooden stairs which is also a fun journey and not too difficult. This my wife's favorite place to hike. It is scenic, the hiking paths are wide and flat (along the river) with few tripping hazards and there are usually a number of people there walking their dogs, but it is not too crowded. The spring flowers are incredibly beautiful and the river is scenic. The fall color is nice and you occasionally see some wildlife.
