Finally took my son here to pick out a pumpkin & pet the animals. I've always heard of this place & it's even located just down the road from my mom's but never visited until now. I was blown away. All I expected was just the usual for a pumpkin farm but no they went above and beyond! Not only did they have so many pumpkins of all colors & sizes. But they have a store too selling art & painted pumpkins & fresh cut sunflowers in Ball glass jars. Also there's a donut barn where you can find fresh donuts & cider. To see the rest of the place from there you have to pay a $7 admission per person. It might seem high but is actually so worth it. Especially if you brought kids. They love it & don't want to leave lol! Once you're in you get access to the animals, playground, 2 hay mazes, 2 corn mazes, & a corn seed pit for the little ones to play in. Also wagon rides pulled behind a tractor that takes you around their corn field & beautiful sunflower field. They will even stop and ask you if you wanna get out & take photos with your family in the sunflowers. When it came to the farm animals I was expecting the usual but nope!! They had so many more animals beyond that. And their bird collection is so cool! So many different kinds of peacocks & pheasants! Even black swans! If you're looking for a neat outdoor activity to do this fall with your kids. Then definitely bring them here. Great place for creating some memorable moments with...
Read moreIt’s been so long since I’ve been to a pumpkin patch and this place had it all!! Pumpkins, ciders, animals, hay rides, corn maze, and more!!! I’ve been a Sanford native my whole life and this was my first time going!
I am about to depart on tour with my band and hanging out with my family is a must! What a family hang spot this was! You could spend a whole afternoon here and not get bored!
So many different kinds of animals. You can feel most of them too! Everything was nice and clean for being a farm! Kid friendly, if you have kiddos. We called in advanced to ask if it was dog friendly! They said as long as the dog is well behaved and on a leash! Boy oh boy did Regina LOVE all the animals too! The goats would not stop staring at her!
All in all, I would 10 out of 10 visit again next year! Maybe a couple times! I love...
Read moreWe visited Saturday afternoon, was a little confused on the layout, but the staff was very kind and friendly pointed us to admission, and gave a rough layout that was helpful, bought a feed cone for each kid, so cute, and first thing is a giant and fun playground that we were enjoying for maybe 10min until the rain started, so we went to the concession barn for a cover, had an amazing snack trying to wait out the rain, after a little over a half hour decided it was time to call it and head out, there's only so much waiting a toddler will do, so we left without seeing all the attractions that sounded and looked great. Was definitely a disappointment but everyone agrees if we're ever up in the area again it's a place we are going because we have to see and do it all. Looking forward to another visit in...
