BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY EQUIPMENT FROM ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT THIS SHOP if you plan to take your vehicle here for service. You have to buy from them for a good experience. They will charge more for labor, and also risk prejudices against the quality of work done to your vehicle because you did not purchase equipment from them specifically.

Backup camera did not work shortly after picking vehicle up and was told the camera I bought was faulty. After taking my vehicle to another shop and installing the same but new camera not only was it wired incorrectly but the jacks in the back of my radio were damaged due to pushing the back of the radio and wired connections into the back paneling of the dash damaging the jacks internally. Luckily, I was able to return the radio and get a replacement. Also, I was quoted for installation of sound deadening mats which were not installed and charged me anyway. I was told BY THE OWNER "unfamiliar with that product" when he already had checked out all the equipment I wanted to use...

Rich is professional and knowledgable. Prices to install are reasonable, but understand you are getting highly professional and skilled work done, not some hack job installation. Have had a remote start installed in a 6 spd manual and a brake controller installed. Both are jobs the dealership wouldn't do. The dealership refused to install a brake controller in my truck. No problem for Precision. The dealer said a remote start in a manual trans just couldn't be done. Precision did it.
