Excellent tour! Our tour guide(s) were knowledgeable, courteous, funny, and gave us opportunities to ask questions. The underworld was fun to visit, especially when so well ferried.

Book you boat tour first thing in the morning they fill up fast. $3 per person. The guides are amazing. They provide flashlights but still ideal if you bring your own.

How this tour got a 4.8 is beyond me. My wife and I wanted to go cave exploring on my birthday. We contacted Twin Caves to ask about the stair count and their hours. They told us the count was 90 stairs and the tour hours were from 9 am to 5 pm. Instead of Twin Caves, we decided to go to Bluesprings Caverns. Unfortunately, when we got to Bluesprings it had flooded due to a rain storm the previous night. We decided to give Twin Caves a shot, as it was not far from them. We called them back to verify their hours. We were told that their last tour was at 4:30, so we had time. Our gps lead us to the other side of the park, but we were able to turn around and found them before 4. At the entrance, the attendant told us that the tours were closed for the day. We were also told that we needed to have made a reservation this morning. Twin Caves’ website does not have this information on it. We also weren’t told that a reservation was needed, neither time we called. We were, however, told about the establishment being short staffed. This is beyond unprofessional and if I could give it less than 1...

Great cave and educational! Just make sure to check hours and times before going. They are closed Tuesdays and Wednesday. We didn’t see that anywhere posted until we went and no one was there. Finally went to the front gate and that’s when they told us. You also need to make reservations that day and first thing in the morning before they open. We were told to arrive 15-30 minutes early to reserve...

Went on a boat tour of the caves and it was very nice the people there were very knowledgeable. If you're older and can't walk stairs or long walks I would not recommend this. If you have small children and have no problem walking up and down stairs and along paths it is a great place to visit. You may have to get there early and sign up for a boat tour if it is busy on...
