Don’t come here unless you’re a millionaire, live at Eagles nest, and have a yearly membership. You will not feel welcome. We walked up and they said there’s an entry fee of $25 dollars but you get a free tasting. Kind of a weird way of doing it we thought but really no different than just buying a tasting so we paid and made our way straight to the bar. We said we wanted to do a tasting and they told us we are no longer doing tasting today. They were not busy at all and there were even still seats at the bar. I said they literally just told us at the front desk we could do a tasting we just walked in, she basically told us to kick rocks we are no longer doing tastings today, with your daily fee you also have the option to get $10 off a bottle of wine so we could do that. How excited were we when we figured out they just swindled us into paying $25 for $10 off a bottle of wine. There’s also almost no seating so we just felt totally out of place. There was areas to sit outside but every single one of them had a sign that said reserved even though there was almost...
Read moreMy family rents homes in Eagles nest at least four times a year with the amenity fee, and for the winery not to be included in the amenity fees is absurd. You have to pay $25 per person just to go in the winery and then they make you feel like you are a peasant because you’re not a member. They try to be a very bougie winery with their membership room and the entrances are two different ones one is for members entrance, and one is for nonmember entrance, and if you enter through the wrong entrance, they definitely bring it to your attention. We felt like we were at a timeshare sales, Total waste of money, and the wine is not off the chart most of the bottles have eagle nest labels, even though they claim to import all their wine from California. I hope my review saves a lot of visitors some money in their pocket so they can spend it somewhere...
Read moreI can’t say enough good things about the wonderful, warm, welcoming staff at Eagles Nest Winery. The winery is NOT owned by Eagles Nest so not included in amenity fee for renters, but it’s well worth the entrance fee (we visited as guests for the first few years and decided to join this year since it’s such a great place). The grounds are beautiful and the pizzas are delicious. Find a fire pit, listen to live music and enjoy the good vibes. Kendall and crew clearly care and put so much effort into cultivating a great experience. From casino nights to open mic night to special dinners, it’s top rate and first class. Give it a visit- try different wines until you find the right one that fits your palette- and become part of the community that is...
