The Barn at Buechler Farms — Attraction in Belgium

AMAZING. Seriously we do not have one bad thing to say about this venue. The owners Irene and Brian are absolutely amazing from the very first moment we met them. Very down to earth people and really willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that our day was the very best day in the world. The venue itself is just beautiful and so well maintained. Bridal suites and guy shed were perfect for getting ready in. The communication from the day we booked all the way through to the day after the wedding was amazing. We were able to come in the day before, decorate the entire place, and host our rehearsal dinner in the grainery/catering barn area. The owners were going to be gone the evening of our wedding so we had a long sit down the weekend before to talk through how the day was going to look and the timing of everything. Their coordinator Lynn then took over for the day. She was literally amazing and everywhere we needed her to be. She communicated with us well, as well as keeping the owners updated with photos and progress of how the day was going. When it was looking like rain in the forecast, she remained calm to help us transform the inside of the barn for our ceremony…and boy was it beautiful. She quickly rolled with the punches of the changing timeline. The owners even left has a very sweet note and surprise in the bridal suite to let us know even though they couldn’t be there they were thinking of us. It was wonderful working with a venue that truly cared about making your day amazing…and not just about the money. Brian even planted a sunflower field early in hopes that it would be blooming for our wedding and we were able to take some really amazing photos in it. The owner’s niece and nephew were amazing as well, constantly running around and making sure that everything was just right. When we went back Sunday to clean up all decorations had been set in one area to easily pick up. We would recommend this venue to everyone we possibly can and we will definitely be going back there over the years to some of their other events (Christmas trees, rodeo, circus, pumpkin farm). My now husband and I fell in love with Buechler Farms for our wedding venue on our initial tour. This venue blew all of the other barn venues we toured out of the park! Every interaction we had with Buechler staff was amazing! Our process started with Irene, the owner, who is so, so sweet and amazing! As we got closer to the wedding date, we were connected with Jori, our venue coordinator. Although we did not know it at the time, this was Jori's first wedding she coordinated for Buechler Farms! There was no way we could have known this, because Jori was AMAZING! We are so lucky that our wedding was the first one she coordinated at this beautiful venue! Jori was amazing at communicating with us every step of the way. She offered suggestions, was very flexible, and was overall just a great addition to helping us plan our special day. Buechler Farms & their staff make planning such an important day a breeze! We cannot thank everyone there enough! Our guests were all raving about how beautiful the venue was, and we cannot agree more! We could go on and on about our positive experiences with this...

I recently got married at the Barn at Buechler Farms last month and it was truly the most amazing day. If I could do it all over again I would pick Buechler Farms over and over again without a doubt. The owner, Irene, was amazing to work with and the venue coordinator, Lynn, was a godsend. They truly wholeheartedly care that your wedding goes smooth and it is the best day of your life. They are extremely easy to contact and always respond promptly. They are willing to make changes that are not the “norm” for them at their venue to make sure you get the vision you want.
