Spur Creek Saloon & Ranch — Attraction in Belle Fourche

Me and my wife came to look at this place and were told a bunch of things that we could benefit from like having help to set up and tear down. This was months before our day and we thought we had a good deal on our hands. As the day got closer we had more and more miscommunications and changed prices that we started to get frustrated about the idea of going all the way out there. We were first told we could stay on site as long as we were out there. Then we were told we would have to pay extra to stay. We had no help to set up. Tear down was on us and we had to set the barn up again but they were VERY picky on how it had to look. My groomsman were referred to as “worthless men” because they were socializing when two women were lifting 20 pound benches. The hospitality was poor and things that were promised never happened. Everyone on Spur Creek Ranch is "Living their Dream." You feel the positive energy as soon as your foot hits the ground on one of their 30,000+ acres. What a very unique venue. If you are looking for the western /country wedding venue this is the place for you. There is a wooden barn that is a large wedding chapel. Then there are two areas for your reception, 1 indoor and another outdoor. It is surrounded by beautiful rolling prairie. You can see horses, long horn cows, other cows, and even bison (a new baby this year). The owners are wonderful people providing an even more personal touch. You hot to go check it out.
