Hallett Park — Attraction in Belleair

Hallett Park is very tranquil and has a beautiful view of the Clearwater Beach area and the intercoastal waterway. It's a beautiful, small stretch of property with a couple of benches, and garbage cans, and dog poop bag dispensers. The view is gorgeous.
