Yeah it's a park with stuff like grass and dirt. Some people and a couple cars parked there. There's a path way for treading on and the uneven ground really adds to the park like inviroment . If I have the correct park, then it even has a bathroom with one of those family bathrooms separate from men's and women's room. Pretty clean for a park bathroom. There is a small 0.1 mile trail and it's good for movement in case park is crowded. I also saw lot of people with dogs.
