We were visiting Houston and decided to do something fun. So we look for a place that had horses and fun things to do. It was way out in the country. I never saw more gravel roads in my life. But it was quite the experience. Everything from skeet shooting to horseback riding to archery to fishing but not catching on the pond. We we searched high and low for the donkeys but never found them but those cattle sure had a great time with the straw that we provided. The highlight was talking to Skeeter who was the award-winning photojournalist who actually won a a Pulitzer prize for articles that he did in the 1980s. Very friendly staff very clean accommodations and we were in the off-season. Still had an awesome time. Highly recommend this place. Tune your GPS it's...
