BCCD Hammertime Unleashed Dog Park — Attraction in Belvidere Township

Great place to let you dogs run free. Plenty of friendly people and other dogs for your pet to play with. Only problem is the crazy dog people who will throw a fit if your dog jumps around on their dog and plays “too rough” even when it’s clearly just dogs being dogs and neither animal is in distress or being hurt. I’ve also had an issue where my car was broken into as people watched and did nothing. Shattered my car window and stole my wallet and no one did...

We LOVE this place. There is an open grass area in the front where dogs can meet and play. Then a larger "trail" area behind it where they can really run. Our border collie likes to lap us a couple of times while we walk around. There is also a small pool and water trough with fresh water...

Awesome place for doggies. Very much freedom to be enjoyed by dogs... swimming and more bonding opportunities since its not obstacle based...forcing dogs to be robots. Also has indoor stove/furnace lots of seating. Would be great for a dog birthday party. 🎂
