The owners and staff were drinking excessively that my group had to wait at least 5min in between taking each of our orders so they could continue drinking... one of the girls in my group complained about her food and the owner got very aggressive with her saying well 99% of my customers love the tacos. She said she's not going to play this game with her, so my friend told the owner okay fine thank you. Well we thought that was the end of it but the owner came back and said you know what you can leave now or I can call the cops and they'll make you leave! Startled, we obviously told her that was unnecessary but her male counterpart came out along with some other staff members and surrounded our table. I paid for my disgusting tacos and proceeded to walk out and our party planner pulled the owner aside trying to talk to her but she was so "amped" the conversation was a futile attempt as she kept stating, "I'm not like that" we had no clue what she meant by that. But again her male counterpart came again and told her just leave it alone the rest of them all are guilty by association so I want them all gone now I'm calling the cops! I replied she I'll never patronize this establishment again, and I'll happily leave. So he put all 15 of us out...as we were leaving some of the patrons came out with us and apologized for their behavior saying they have talked to them several times about drinking while on the job. I think at least one of them should be a designated manager who isn't intoxicated and able to effective run the business instead of drinking excessively and trying to fight their patrons...what a waste of a beautiful spot. I hope they get new owners, a new menu and new staff...maybe I'll think about returning...otherwise I'll tell everyone I know never to patronize...

From the moment we walked in, we were judged and ignored. While there were endless rules posted on signs such as no profanity and keep kids within arm reach there was not a sign as to if we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated so we decided to try to sit at an empty table we were finally acknowledged by the staff who shouted GIRLSSSS you can’t sit there. So we grabbed our stuff to try to move to a do a different table, the woman then said no we will be with you when we get a moment. We stood there awkwardly waiting while no staff would make eye contact, thus feeling unwelcome we left We were halfway back to parking lot when a staff member came out to tell us to come in and asked if we were celebrating anything, we were a birthday in the group. The woman said she would have a birthday treat and that we could sit outdoors and that you order at the bar. A few were excited for the Bloody Mary Bar but unfortunately the Bloody Mary was a mixture of sand and water…a very expensive sand and water mixture..$1 for every “non-green topping” so yes we paid $1 for a cheese triangle

In summary if you were looking for an expensive place filled with a judgmental atmosphere and fun is banned this...

We loved this place until our recent visit with friends. Horrible service!!! Anna(the manager)and the rude woman above her need jobs where they do not work with the public. We ordered food and waited and waited. We asked several times what the issue was and Anna kept saying it was because a large group had preordered. Well if they had preordered then it should have been made already and other people who came in after us should not have gotten their food before us. Anna copped a real bad attitude right off the bat and I told her she sucked at being a manager because she could not handle the situation. She told us to "get the hell out". She then went back and got the other lady who came out with such aggression and jumped all over us without even knowing the whole story. She even yelled at my friend for trying to point out who the manager was that we were having the problem with as if not to let the other customers know. Not one of them apologized for not us getting our food, it was aggression all of the way. This situation would not have escalated if Anna and this other supervisor would have been up front about the delay, apologized and were able to handle the...

The good The atmosphere and location are great, back patio is cool for outdoor music and vendors. Also a cute cool view. They do allow pets outdoors which is a nice change. The bad. - All the wines tasted as though they were containment at the time of bottling. After tasting 6 different wines ( that had a very funky flavor / off flavor.) I decided on the Martini espresso due to the wine being inedible. - They charged a 1.50$ fee to use your debit ( not just credit cards which is a total ripoff because they don't get charged a card fee on debit) (Thats a 15% card fee on every drink). What a bunch of hacks. Don't bother wasting your time here, if you're in Southwest Michigan... there are 20 other wineries that are 10 times better than this.

Good wines, good service, and great views. Here is the deal: you get 4 - 3oz pours for $15. If you prefer more sophisticated reds like cabernet franc there is a $3 up charge per glass. I personally prefer smaller pours and more varieties of wine. I also think there shouldn't be an up charge. The more pricier wines are the cost of doing business. I'm tasting your wines to discover, which wines I want to purchase. Also, I don't think their wines are worth $29 - $39 prices. They are good but not that good. I'm glad I gave them a try but I don't think I will be back.

I did a flight tasting. That was enjoyable. I settled on one bottle and bought it for $26!!!! 🤪 But ok. It's mine now! . I enjoyed the flights an a bloody mary outside on their big patio and grounds. The outside was decked out for fall. Very welcoming and enjoyable. . The service I received was A+!! I also took home a wine glass as a souvenier. Vineyard 2121 was the last event of my 3-day vacation in Benton Harbor. It was the perfect ending to my stay!
