Purple Star Winery — Attraction in Benton City

Discovered this place thanks to Harvest Hosts. I recommend reserving a tasting time online so they know when to expect you. We enjoyed our tasting on the patio and our dog was ok to join us there. There was great shade in the late afternoon which was a welcome relief of the 100 degree day. The Murat-Gaston Picnic Pack was a delicious and well put together assembly of food to go along with our flights. Our absolute favorite wine was NV Red Blend. These guys make incredible wine for every budget and occasion and the owners and staff are beautiful (like their wine) to be with. We found the Purple Star line to be a great everyday (you know ya gott'a have that) wine and the Muret-Gaston line to be phenomenal, especially when pairing with meals...love it, love them, love it!
