Unparalleled selection of both real balsamic Modena vinegars, and virgin, and infuse olive oils, in a business run by a family with four decades of dedication to the craft, which is clearly evident in their selection, display, and educational approach in dealing with customers as they did with me today. I am a fairly well versed cook and chef, and I was learning a lot of new things and tasting a lot of balsamic vinegars and olive oils both infused and natural, all of which were incredibly good. I can't speak highly enough of places like this that are helping the East Bay on the East culinary tradition high dining that doesn't have a super high price tag. Bottles of world class Olive oil, and balsamic can be had for under $20 each starting.
