There is 2.4 mi "road" around the pond which is mostly dirt but there are a few sections with some old pavement. Some offshoot trails exist although I've never explored them myself. There are a few hills but nothing too big. It's a great place to walk, run, bike and I've even seen horses (and evidence of). It is dog friendly but dogs are supposed to be leashed.
