Paris Caterers — Attraction in Berlin

Truly the best venue I’ve ever been to. My husband and I got married at Paris Caterers in August 2024. From the landscaping, to the interior, to the atmosphere, to the food everything was absolutely perfect. Keith and Diane made our wedding planning process SO easy and they were the MOST accommodating. They made sure everything was perfect for us before, during, and after our wedding. Our guests called us the next day saying that it was the best and most fun wedding they had ever been to, raving about how delicious the food was, and how great the DJ (dance party DJs) and The FM band were together.

Keith and Diane answer every single question we had, but they provided us with so much information, guidance, and truly treated us like family. The servers, bartenders, and chefs were incredible the entire night!

Not only did they make our special day the most memorable, but they also showed us their love, support, and condolences as my husband and I experienced a very unexpected and tragic loss only a few days after our wedding. Which we will forever be grateful for.

I truly can’t recommend this venue more. Keith & Diane, thank you for all you did to make our wedding the most beautiful day for us. We will forever be grateful to of had our wedding at Paris Caterers, and we are so blessed that we are able to look back at those memories as we go through our grieving journey. Although it’s been difficult for us to look back at our wedding photos, we thank you for continuing to share our photos on your platforms as they continue to bring us the best memories with our families, friends, and loved ones. We registered in advance for the event. She didn't care. Just wanted the money for an event that was advertised as FREE.

Me and my fiance ordered general admission to the Bridal expo at Paris Caterers and received our confirmation E-mail with QR code. No further email was received after the confirmation.

However, at the entrance when we showed up for the event, we were informed that our tickets were cancelled because the information was filled out incorrectly and we were forced to pay $10 for an event that was advertised as FREE. We declined the $10. Since we already registered for this event, a professional response would have been, We received your registration however, could you please correct these errors now. And been given the opportunity to correct the errors so we could go enjoy the event. Unfortunately, the woman was short tempered and abrupt with us and offered no attempt to correct the errors in the registration. Noone is perfect and sometimes people make mistakes. Customer service is the appropriate response not rude and abrupt behavior and forcing us to pay for an event advertised as Free.

I agree with my fiance's review. She was unprofessional and just wanted the money. As a couple looking for vendors for our wedding, we would have loved the opportunity to give the business to professional vendors who attended the expo. Instead, we were blocked by this woman who lacks customer service skills. A professional would allow the customer to correct the errors and continue to the event. Trying to find where to start due to there being so many great things I can say about Paris Caterers, Diane, Nicole and all of the staff at this establishment. Let me say as the Groom and Bride we know that alone comes with A LOT of stress, but due to the professionalism of this place especially from Diane from beginning to end, stress is something that really was never a factor. This was shown when the groom the day before was really upset about people cancelling to that day and changing guest, Diane reassured him that everything will be ok and that it will all workout and from that point on that is what happened. Yes, know wedding I have been apart of or been to has ever been perfect. But even with the minor hiccups the Groom and Bride had the wedding of their dreams and have been the talk amongst their family and friends every since their big day (8/18/19). The ceremony was absolutely amazing and the setup was one that we will always remember. The cocktail hour was something that everyone was and continues to go crazy over to the point that many expressed being surprised when the reception began because they didn’t know where they would be putting the rest of their food. The reception was one for the record books and even with a few hiccups here, it didn’t stop the celebration or party from stopping and that could never happen without the help of Paris Caterers team (Diane and Nicole).
